Every book we publish has a page inside offering the bonus material promised on the cover. Readers reach that material by texting us. This page explains exactly how our text messages work, and it is the same information printed in the book.

How you join

Scan the QR code printed in your book. It opens your messaging app with the message already written, and you press send.

Or text the keyword printed in your book, for example HERBAL500, to 1-877-745-9446.

Either way, you send the first message. We never add a number ourselves, and we never buy, rent or import lists.

1-877-745-9446 is printed inside books already in readers' hands, so it cannot be changed. Newer print runs carry 1-888-291-6744. Both numbers belong to this one program, run by the same company.

Message frequency varies. Most readers receive about 6 messages in the first minutes after joining, up to 2 reminders over the following 2 days, then only occasional messages. Reminders are sent only between 10am and 7pm in your local time.

What the first message looks like

Hi, I am Angela, your book concierge. Your bonuses are ready. Msg frequency varies, msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

How you stop

Reply STOP to any message and we stop immediately, with one final message to confirm it. Reply HELP for help, or email info@abetteryoueveryday.com.
