This is the fastest way to reach us and it is the address we answer first. Write to us about anything: an order, a missing gift email, a tracking number, a refund, a damaged book, or a question about the book itself.

We reply within 1 business day, and usually much sooner. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time. Messages sent over a weekend or a holiday are answered on the next business day.

To help us help you faster

If your message is about an order, please include:

  • The email address you used at checkout
  • The name on the order
  • What you would like us to do: resend the gift email, send tracking, replace a damaged copy, or issue a refund

That is all we need. You do not have to find an order number.

Did not get your gift email? Both emails can take a few minutes. Check your spam and promotions folders first, then write to us and we will resend the access instructions right away.
Want a refund? You have 30 days from delivery. Email us and we will send you a return authorisation and walk you through it. Full details on our returns page.
Where is my book? Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 5 to 10 business days with tracking. If it has been longer, tell us and we will chase it.
Media, wholesale or bulk orders? Write to the same address with the word BULK in the subject line and we will come back to you with options.

We are an independent family publisher. We do not have a call centre and we do not use chatbots for support. Your email reaches us directly.
